So, about Charlie Sheen.
LOL just kidding. Screw that guy. There are more important things to discuss today.
So, about The Bachelor.
Here’s what a certain respected television host said when she plugged tonight’s finale episode:
“Tomorrow we’ll meet the lucky lady who does not receive The Bachelor’s final rose tonight.”
See? It’s not just us, lovelies. Brad rings inauthentic to everyone else, too. So at this point, I’m just waiting to be proven wrong. Seriously; I want to be proven wrong. Because he’s currently in a relationship with one of two lovely, caring, good-natured young ladies, and I’m not a fan of anyone playing games with either one of them. ESPECIALLY Emily. Obvs. But Chantal, too. So be good, Brad. Please. Try your damnedest.
Ok, now on to the best part of today’s post – this freaking awesome wedding! Matt Allen of M David Media kicked a$$ yet again with what was, in his words, a 100% pure Colorado wedding. What’s that mean? Well, at its most basic level, it’s defined as a wedding day that involves several if not all possible weather scenarios. In today’s wedding, you’ll see rain, snow and sun as you scroll through the images. And, as Miley Cyrus would say, “that’s purty cool.” At least I think she’d say that; it’s how they imitate her on SNL. Thing is, I’m not interested enough to check into it because I kind of can’t stand her. Which is interesting because I’ve just dedicated at least four sentences to one Miley Cyrus. And scene.
Another fun note: I tried on Ashley’s Watters dress for a photo shoot last year and OMGITISTHEPRETTIEST. You guys have to try it on some time. It’s truly fabulous in every sense of the word; it’s weighty, very bridal, and flatters the shape quite nicely. Not to mention, THOSE RUFFLED FLOWERS. Le sigh!
Alright let’s get to this bitchin’ wedding. Starting with a few words from Matt:
Beautiful setting among the pines and aspens, some gorgeous sunlight, about an hour of dumping snow, Chipotle, and one heck of a dance party. Also, I’m not sure there have ever been so many professional runners gathered together under one roof that wasn’t an indoor track meet.
Heh. Matt’s funny. :)
Here are a few words from our bride, who definitely has her priorities in place:
Honestly, I loved everything about our wedding. My favorites included my Chipotle burrito, our friends and family rockin’ the dance floor, making the centerpieces (white pumpkins carved with power tools) and the classic Colorado weather (rain, snow, sun…check check and check). I would also highly recommend writing your own ceremony, having a close friend perform it and marrying your best friend.
You guys. I thought that was Paul Newman. Until I realized it couldn’t be. But WHOA.
And now, the dance montage! Seriously, you guys, I will never stop reminding you to make the below happen. People having a good time is super fun to look at, especially if they’re doing it at your wedding. Having fun I mean. Not…
Ok, so how great was that. For real.

Peace & love, friendlies.
